Learn to fly on Koh Phangan at the beautiful location the Sanctuary, an inspiring space just steps from the sea. This training blends traditional yoga with aerial strength, restorative practices, and playful acrobatics. You’ll explore dynamic sequences, in-depth asana labs, and therapeutic techniques to support spinal health and relieve back pain. Enjoy delicious, healthy food and deepen your own practice or expand your teaching repertoire. Open to all levels—beginners welcome!

Location

Our Aerial training takes place at The Sanctuary, a peaceful retreat space in the south of Koh Phangan. Surrounded by jungle and just steps from quiet, untouched beaches, it’s the perfect place to focus on your practice without distractions. The open-air yoga shala, high-quality facilities, and natural surroundings create an inspiring and supportive environment for deep learning.

Unlike the busy yoga hubs in the north, this area offers a more quiet and immersive experience. Nearby, you’ll find small cafés, local markets, and hidden beach spots where you can unwind after training. Whether you want to take a swim, enjoy fresh tropical fruit, or simply relax in nature, this location offers the perfect balance of learning, connection, and space to breathe.

Know before you go

Bring comfortable yoga clothes, a yoga mat if you wish, a journal, a water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent (buy natural and local here), and any personal items you may need. You should also bring a copy of your passport and travel insurance.

This training is generally not recommended for people with high blood pressure and pregnant women, as it includes rigorous physical activity and intensive study. However, if you are an experienced practitioner and your doctor approves, you may be able to participate with modifications.
