What We Offer

Moksha Passionate Yoga Courses offer the perfect choice for you, if you are at a transitional point in your life and wish to take your practice to the next level. Our courses are suitable for both beginner and intermediate-level practitioners who wish to leave their comfort zone and deepen their understanding of yoga. 

 

Both courses include online training (40 hours pre-residential) and in-residential practical session and include teaching manuals, video lectures, PowerPoint presentations, and group lessons.

 

The major differences between these two offerings are your intention and your experience.

 

We will run these courses concurrently and in the language of English. Some of our teachers are bi-lingual including German & Spanish may be able to support you.

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility

Our courses will offer the history, philosophy, ethics, paths, anatomy & physiology, and the business side of yoga (RYT200 only), plus lots of practice!  We shall support you in understanding how to create a healthier lifestyle, reduce pain & stress, improve focus, deepen your relaxation, and prevent injuries.

 

The intention is for you to have successfully completed the online program prior to your arrival in paradise (Koh Pha Ngan). Thus giving you more flexibility in your preliminary studies, whilst saving energy, time, money, and negotiations with your family &/or boss. We also hope to give you some time to experience the beauty of our magical island and Thailand.

7:30am - 9:30am: Practice

2pm - 4pm: Lunch Break

Yummy & Nourishing Vegetarian/Vegan long lunch to avoid the heat of the day.

9:30am - 10:30am: Breakfast Break

Delicious & Nutritious Vegetarian/Vegan Brunch

10:30am - 2:00pm: Theory & Practical Workshops

​(asana labs, philosophy, anatomy & physiology, neurology, skills development)

4pm - 6:30pm:

Theory & practical workshops

6:30pm onwards: Dinner and Free Evenings

After dinner, you'll have time for a review of your day & to explore the offers of the island, relax, & to connect with your fellow students.

(including various meditation techniques, asana, kriya, pranayama)

Moksha Yoga is passionate about making you comfortable with choices in both locations, with comfortable accommodations, great views, and nourishment. We offer delicious vegetarian and vegan options lovingly created by local chefs from local ingredients.

 

Your course fees include options for standard or luxury rooms both shared or single occupancy bungalows.

 

Moksha Yoga School is passionate about supporting students & junior teachers to achieve their yogic goals. Be that to deepen your knowledge and practice or to teach about the connection between body, mind, and spirit through Yoga.

 

Join us online and later in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and embark on a journey of healing and transformation through yoga.
